They've been together for 13 years and met while they were still kids. They went to the same school and grew up in the same area. They were both friends with Jaap-Jene (whose wedding with Jojanneke we photographed in May) but they never really noticed each other. Untill one night when they were both at Jaap's home. They started to really like each other and during a vacation in Zeeland with a group of friends, sparks started to fly. They've been together eversince.
Next month they will tie the knot and we cannot wait to shoot this wedding! For their loveshoot they picked hometown Rotterdam as their backdrop and since the area around Hotel New York is so versatile, that's the location we picked for the shoot. It was chilly out but thankfully it was dry and the sun was shining as an added bonus!
Marie and Jasper, it was such fun getting to know you better! We cannot wait to photograph your gorgeous day next month!
Ze zijn 13 jaar samen en leerden elkaar in hun kindertijd kennen. Ze gingen naar dezelfde school en groeiden op in dezelfde buurt. Ze waren beide bevriend met Jaap-Jene (wiens bruiloft met Jojanneke we in mei mochten vastleggen) maar ze waren mekaar eigenlijk nooit zo opgevallen. Tot 1 avond bij Jaap thuis. Ze begonnen toch best interesse in elkaar te krijgen en tijdens een vakantie in Zeeland met een groepje vrienden sloeg de vonk definitief over. Ze zijn sindsdien samen.
Komende maand zeggen ze "ja" tegen elkaar en we kunnen niet wachten om deze dag vast te mogen leggen! Voor hun loveshoot kozen ze woonplaats Rotterdam en omdat de omgeving van Hotel New York altijd zo veelzijdig is voor fotoshoots, kozen we deze plek voor de shoot. Het was fris buiten maar gelukkig was het droog en het zonnetje scheen ook nog eens als bonus!
Marie en Jasper, we vonden het heel leuk om jullie beter te leren kennen! We kunnen niet wachten om jullie prachtige dag volgende maand vast te leggen!
